12 weeks today and maternity leave is over. Today is my first day back to work and Jace's first day of daycare. I'm not ready to leave my little guy. 12 weeks seems like a long time but it's really not, it flew by. I don't know how I only took 6 weeks off with Avaree. Maybe it wasn't so hard because she didn't have to go to daycare, she stayed with her Grandma Audrey and we loved that.
I'm not really sure how to send a little baby to daycare. Avaree didn't start until she was 18 months old. But I've managed to get his bag together and his bottles labeled and filled.
I know it's going to break my heart to drop him off and walk out that door. I'm already getting teary eyed just thinking about it. I hope everything goes well today.
